Mr. Usman Gul is a graduate of 86th PMA long Course Military Training at PMA Kakul. He retired as Captain from Pakistan Army and joined the Pakistan Administrative Service in 1997. He holds a Master Degree in Public Policy & Management from Potsdam University, Germany, an MBA (Finance) from Institute of Management Studies, University of Peshawar and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Human Rights (Affiliated with University of Oslo), Faculty of Law University of Peshawar. Several of his research papers have also been published. He is also graduate of NS & WC from NDU and SMC from NIPA Lahore.

Dr. Muhammad Muqeem ul Islam PhD

Dr. Muqeem currently serves as Chief Instructor/Trainer (BS-20) at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Peshawar, National School of Public Policy (NSPP) Govt of Pakistan, where he is involved in the design, delivery, supervision, and evaluation of executive training programmes for senior civil servants and professionals. His areas of training include negotiation skills, public policy, leadership, governance, strategic management, training design, and institutional development. He has supervised and contributed to four-month senior and mid-career management programmes, including the National Management Course (NMC), Senior Management Course (SMC), and Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC). Dr. Muhammad Muqeem ul Islam is a senior public policy professional, author, trainer, researcher, and negotiation and mediation expert with more than 25 years of experience in teaching, professional training, research, public policy, institutional development, and senior government management. His professional career has brought together economics, governance, public administration, negotiation, mediation, leadership, and organizational transformation, providing him with a multidisciplinary perspective on resolving complex institutional and public-sector challenges. As an author and researcher, Dr. Muqeem has written extensively on governance, institutional quality, economic development, public policy, conflict resolution, and social transformation. He has also served as the Founding Editor of the Khyber Journal of Public Policy. His professional work in negotiation and mediation focuses on developing practical negotiation skills, conflict management, consensus-building, stakeholder engagement, mediation techniques, interest-based negotiation, and peaceful resolution of complex disputes. His approach combines academic theory with practical experience from government, public administration, policy formulation, executive training, and institutional leadership. Dr. Muqeem's book on negotiation skills and negotiation and mediation reflects his commitment to equipping public officials, diplomats, managers, professionals, and emerging leaders with practical tools for achieving constructive agreements, managing differences, and building sustainable cooperation at institutional, national, and international levels.

Dr. Abrar Ullah

Ullah holds a PhD in Management from University Technology Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia and an MS in Management from Brunel University, West London, UK. His academic and research work, particularly in the field of management sciences, has been published. At the University of Swabi, Dr. Abrar Ullah also held administrative roles. He served as the Director of the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), where he was responsible for maintaining and enhancing academic standards. Additionally, he served as Deputy Registrar and Head of the Department of Tourism & Hotel Management, where he played a role in the university's academic and administrative functions.

Mr. Shabid Ullah

He has served as an Information Officer at the Press Information Department, Peshawar, Public Relations Officer to the Governor of KP, and Director of Information at FATA Secretariat. He has also worked as Deputy Director Special Assignments (Admn/Budget and Accounts/Advertisements and Publicity) at the Press Information Department, Peshawar. Furthermore, he has served as the Regional Press Registrar in Peshawar for the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. Before joining NIPA, Peshawar, he contributed to the institute as a guest speaker in MCMCs, Junior Command Courses of K.P. Police, and courses for officers of the Revenue Departments of Gilgit Baltistan and Baluchistan conducted by PPSA.

Mr. Jehanzeb Khan Orakzai

obtained an Executive diploma and various certificates in advanced computer sciences/IT subjects, as well as a degree in education from the University of Peshawar. Before joining this institute, he served as a Lecturer at Islamia College Peshawar. He taught various computer science/IT subjects to graduate and postgraduate students at different universities, including ABASYN University, Sarhad University, Center of Applied Epistemic, and the University of Peshawar. He has authored a research thesis on “Urdu OCR” (Optical Character Recognition) and a few research papers on “Urdu Optical Character Recognition”.

Dr. Muhammad Riaz Khan

Dr. Khan has served as a consultant to the Research and Policy Unit (RPU) of the Department of Local Government, Elections, and Rural Development. He has been engaged as a Master Trainer with various institutions, including the Youth Directorate, Directorate of Colleges, Higher Education Academy for Research and Training (HEART), COMSATS’ Faculty Development Academy (FDA), and prominent corporate entities. He is a certified Project Management Professional and Data Analytics Professional by Google. He has been awarded fellowships and grants to present his research at esteemed platforms such as the INSPIRE conference in Dubai (2014), the International Association for Conflict Management (IACM) in Florida (2015), Columbia University in New York (2016), and the virtual IACM Conference (2021). He has published more than 10 research papers in the national & international prestigious journals.

Mr. Asad Zia Siddiqui

Master's degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Peshawar. Furthermore, he has completed a one-year diploma in IT and holds various IT certificates such as CCNA, MCP, MCSE, Linux Administration, Wireless Basics, VOIP Infrastructure, CIW, CNT, OCP DBA, CLA, CHT, and AOA. He has more than twenty-three years of working experience, with nineteen years in the government sector.
